Executes the Sanitation Schedule as assigned to maintain the cleanliness of equipment/facilities and ensures quality and food safety standards are maintained.
Be able to disassemble, clean, and reassemble food processing equipment while following safety guidelines.
Must follow the site Lock Out/Tag Out program, chemical safety training, and properly wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as appropriate.
Adheres to the allergen control program guidelines including equipment cleaning and verification activities.
