Our West Omaha client is seeking to hire Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representatives to add to their growing team!

As a Bilingual Customer Service Rep, you will provide thorough and accurate responses to customer requests or inquiries received via phone and email.

This position will be the first point of contact for the customers:

  • Assist customers with order placement
  • Gather and verify customer information
  • Provide order status information
  • Help answer general questions and inquiries

 Full time position - Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm

 Qualified applicants must have recent call center experience with a solid work history.
