Description

The data entry clerk will be responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data, proofing data as entered.  Generate data reports as required to support Operations, Administration, Quality, Customer Service and Shipping in accordance with the policies and procedures set out by the Company.  Responsible for the safety for his/herself and that of others working in and around the immediate area.

 

1.1.            Perform data entry using word processing, spreadsheet or database commands and formats material as required.  Prepares graphic exhibits using software for presentations and agendas.

1.2.            Enters, revises and/or combines materials such as research samples, numerical data, laboratory record logs and preformatted data retrieval information.

1.3.            Create data directories/subdirectories for file and report generation retrieval purposes.  Maintains paper and/or disk file of entered data.

 

1.1.            Enter roll record information and reviewing and correcting any discrepancies found.

1.2.            Verify dispatch information and print certification package for customer shipments.

1.3.            Assist with training of new employees in documentation requirements – as needed.

1.4.            Monitor job packs.

        1.5.         Filing and maintenance of in process and finished job packs
