Local telecommunications company in central Oahu looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team!
- Provide in-person and over-the-phone assistance regarding wireless products and services
- Troubleshoot customer questions and issues
- Assist engineers with technical issues
- Develop records and regularly audit database to ensure accurate and current information
- Generate, update and resolve service order tickets
- Perform system upgrades/enhancements as needed
- Degree in telecommunications or related field preferred
- Experience in telecommunications with hands on experience
- Knowledge in at least one area: switching, transport, computer technology or IP.
- Working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Hawaiian is preferred but not required
Parking is provided.
Pay: $19-$21/hour, depending on experience
