Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Assisting members with needs
- Dispatch drivers throughout Columbus area
- Utilize customer service skills to help members
- Quality control calls

Call Center Representative Requirements:
- Customer service experience (restaurant, retail, etc.)
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to train on 1st shift (9am - 5pm)
- Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English
