Remedy is hiring for a Transportation Customer Service Representative on the north side!
Must have prior Transportation experience in a Logistic office environment!
- Process and receive transportation requests for customers
- Verify and make sure all transportation documentation is filled out properly (Bills of Lading)
- Build strong relationships between the customers and carriers
- Track and monitor shipments providing up-to-date information at any given time
- Resolve any issues with damaged or delayed shipments and follow-up as needed
Hours are from 8am-5pm, Temp-to-hire position for the right candidate!
