Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
- Supervise and manage brokerage operations.
- Provide training, interviewing, coaching, and selecting of employees.
- Maintaining and enforcing company policies.
- Manage all financial reporting for brokerage
- Conducting regular 1:1 meetings, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Manages customer invoicing, accounts receivable processing, carrier bill accuracy, customer credit checks, call references, and customer relations.
- Negotiate new and reviews annual contracts with customers and carriers.
- Oversee and lead direct reports with teamwork, communication, safety, and respect.
- Designs new processes, and implements solutions to reoccurring issues.
