Pay:  $15.14/hr **Possible pay increase for bilingual skills, English/Spanish**

Job Duties of the Patient Care Representative:

• Screen and direct incoming calls from patients seeking treatment or an appointment
• Gather and record accurate patient demographic information within database
• Comply with confidentiality and HIPAA policies
• Be alert and prepared to deal with difficult conversations and circumstances
• Perform other job duties as assigned

• 1 year of customer service or reception experience is required
• Requires the ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Must be able to type 35 wpm
• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills are a plus
