Front Office Administrative Asst. * Long Term Temp * Ogden
Days: Mon-Fri 7am - 3:30pm * $15-17/hr.
Check in clients and visitors, direct to correct departments.
Answer general info inquiries through phone or e-mail.
Assist with company lunches, office clean-up and ordering.
Prep and give Power Point presentations for orientation, safety and other needed areas.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and standard admin systems and equipment.
Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
Assist HR, Site admin and office departments with projects and other assigned work as needed.
Duties will change dependent on current needs; must be flexible, friendly and efficient.
Preference given to associates with a broad admin skill set.
Requires 4+ years similar experience.
