Robotic Maintenance Coordinator 2nd Shift Supervisor Robotics experience is highly preferred. Location just outside of Hilliard, Ohio. Salaried position with OT pay, 3 guaranteed bonus plans for all salaried employees. Great Opportunity!!!!

The Robotic Maintenance Coordinator supervises a small team of 4 to 8 technicians performing the troubleshooting, installation, repair and preventive maintenance tasks on robots within a fast paced Manufacturing environment. Responsible for training all assigned associates to perform jobs correctly and follow-up to ensure correct procedures are being followed. This is a 2nd shift position with hours of 4:00 to 12:30.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of robotic engineering training program or equivalent experience – minimum of 3 years experience in robotic maintenance.
• Able to perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of robotic equipment
• Experience with supervising technicians performing robotic maintenance
• Capable of conducting daily duties in such a way as to promote the required responsibilities in an efficient manner.
• Ability to develop a complete teamwork atmosphere with assigned technicians and between departments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience which will require the candidate to promote safety, quality, reducing cost, ensuring timely accurate delivery of responsibilities and support 5S Program.

Must be a US Citizen and will require several face to face interviews. Full Time Direct Hire
