Position Summary: Responsible for precision adjustment and oversight of repair process for equipment, according to the equipment's regular inspection schedule. Oversees maintenance, repair, completion of the tally maintenance record, ensuring equipment are adjusted within specific parameters.


  • Analyze and find solutions for any mechanical or hydraulic problems
  • Inspect and manage mechanical and hydraulic equipment on a daily basis
  • Perform quality control and handle issues on mechanical equipment
  • Research for areas of improvement on mechanical and hydraulic equipment
  • Update and optimize technical regulations
  • Perform periodical inspections and repair on mechanical and hydraulic equipment
  • Order, receive and distribute spare parts for equipment repair

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effectively deal with other people, good leadership skills, require initiative, motivation, creativity and ability to understand many area of expertise. Must have effective communication skills, ability to work various shifts, ability to handle various projects at the same time

Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree, Five (5) plus years' experience in mechanical hydraulic work experience, valid texas driver's license, production process and knowledge of mechanical equipment, electric and gauges.
