To ensure a quality, consistent pie filling by following all formulas.

  • Responsible to follow the start up procedure at the beginning of production.
  • Responsible for cooking pie fillings according to proper formulas and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Follow the cook area shift end procedure at the completion of production.
  • Complete all daily paperwork
  • Responsible for proper weighing of ingredients
  • Follow all GMP Practices
  • Report any food quality or safety issues to direct supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Providing on the job training
  • Must be available to work 12 hour shifts
