- Responsible to follow the start up procedure at the beginning of production.
- Responsible for cooking pie fillings according to proper formulas and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
- Follow the cook area shift end procedure at the completion of production.
- Complete all daily paperwork
- Responsible for proper weighing of ingredients
- Follow all GMP Practices
- Report any food quality or safety issues to direct supervisor
