Shift:  1st Shift

Pay: $14/hr (may be open to higher for candidates with extensive related experience)

Job Duties: 

• Review and process invoices for all company locations. (Will process 700 to 900 invoices each month.
• Process checks weekly.
• Maintain Accounts Payable records and reports.
• Balance company credit card statements to the General Ledger accounts.
• Verify company expense reports for accuracy.
• Purchase office supplies. 

• Must have prior knowledge and experience of Accounts Payable processes.
• Prior experience balancing ledgers is also required.
• Must have experience working with ERP systems and strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Applications.
• Must have a high attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field is preferred but not required if strong related work history.
