• Prepare graphic files for digital printing through color correction, sizing, bleed, paneling and cut files.
• Ensure that all colors are matched to customer specifications and in house standards and checked throughout the printing process. Requires excellent print quality and color judgment.

Welders/ Buffalo, NY/ 1st and 2nd Shifts

A leading manufacturer in Buffalo is looking for Welders to perform TIG and MIG welding of aluminum and steel (also, stainless steel) parts.

Shifts:

1^st:      7:00am-3:30pm Monday – Friday

2^nd:     3:30 PM-2:30 AM –  Monday – Thursday (4 days a week – 10 hour days)

Welder Responsibilities:

• Mig and Tig duties
• Creating quality welds according to blueprints (weld symbols).
• Inspecting welds for accuracy.
• Preparing product to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping and cutting steel/aluminum parts.
• Changing wire and welding as needed
• Handling proper packaging, and moving of all finished products to the proper location.
• Ensuring all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner
• Performing first piece and subsequent inspections as needed
• Monitoring equipment and request maintenance when required.  
• Performing additional job-related duties as needed

We are looking for an individual that has programming experience with mastercam software for vertical, and horizontal mills, and cnc lathe programming. The candidate must be able, and willing to set up, and operate cnc mills, both vertical, and horizontal, and cnc lathes. Experience programming and operating a Tsugami cnc lathe would be helpful. I think the problem we are going to run into is finding someone who has the programing capabilities we would want, and yet must understand the primary job would be to set up and operate equipment in the shop, be it lathe or mill. I would like to be clear on that point. While programming capability is necessary, will not be a great deal of programming. Will be primarily, set up, and operate.
