Job Description:

  • Tape, paint, weigh, sandblast parts.
  • Mixing/applying paints and solvents in a safe manner
  • Prior to start of job, review and post visual defect board and work instructions at work station
  • Reports any equipment problems to work shift lead hand immediately.
  • Ensures equipment and tools are clean and in good working order throughout the shift.
  • Operates machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Keeps timely and accurate data on quality and production efficiency.
  • Places product in storage bins and labels with all necessary information.
  • Maintains housekeeping standards.
  • Works as a team member to fulfill team goals.
  • Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
  • Be familiar with IATF/ISO policies, procedures and work instructions that relate to job activities.
  • Be knowledgeable about safety, customers, personal safety equipment, and other requirements.
  • Follow company drug and alcohol policies.

Job Requirements


  • Follow company drug and alcohol policies.
  • Two years related experience preferred.
  • Ability to speak, read and understand English for communication, to maintain records, and create/analyze reports.
  • Ability to calculate and analyze simple reports


Physical Demands:  

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, sit, use hands and fingers to feel and evaluate parts, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. 
  • The employee may be required to stand, walk, lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds short distances. 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and the ability to focus.


Work Environment: 

  • The work environment consists of a manufacturing setting.
  • The temperature and noise levels in the work environment may fluctuate, as the factory is not climate-controlled and the manufacturing process of molding hot rubber inherently generates heat.
