Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain a high level of technical competence on products and related technologies. • Evaluate and dispose of internal non-conforming material on a daily basis • Work with cross-functional teams to address continuous improvement centered around customer returns and non-conforming material • Audit the process for continual improvement • Assist with troubleshooting activities to improve product quality

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • 3-5 years’ experience in a technical support environment strongly preferred • Expert level experience with electrical products and applications strongly preferred • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting issues • Proven ability to successfully deal with internal and external customers, on a critical and intense issues to achieve resolutions to problems • Working knowledge of all standard Microsoft Office Suite applications • Diligent attention to detail and record keeping skills • Effective organization and time management skills • Strong interpersonal and positive can-do attitude REQUIRED • Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously • Proven ability to work under pressure and time constraints • Solid verbal and written communication skills • Occasionally work off hours in support of operational issues
