Local cargo company is looking for a Part-Time Dispatch Admin to join their team.

Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday, 7am-12:30pm

Job Duties:

  • Scan and ensure all vehicle registration is up to date
  • Request registration payments from Accounting
  • Ensure all permits are up to date
  • Run monthly reports
  • Order uniforms/supplies
  • Train drivers on updated information
  • Schedule drivers when necessary
  • Complete other forms as needed


  • 1 year of administrative experience preferred
  • Candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous logistics experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: $15-17 per hour
