Description

Remedy is Hiring for a Payroll/Clerical Administrator for our valued client in Ogema, WI. If you have office skills and are looking for a part time opportunity, please apply today!  This position will begin in December!

Pay: $12-$14 depending on experience

Shift: Part Time Position on 1st Shift- hours to be determined

Duties:

  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Assist with data entry
  • Filing and organizing paperwork
  • Assist with time cards and attendance for employees
  • Create new hire and safety packets
  • Write up bills of lading
  • Work with QuickBooks

Job Requirements

  • Must have office experience
  • Must have payroll and billing experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Programs as well as QuickBooks
  • Be able to multitask
  • Must be organized and willing to help with whatever is needed
  • Must be professional and maintain company confidentiality
  • Must pass a drug screening
