Remedy Staffing is looking for an experienced customer service representative who enjoys interacting with customers and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a people person! This position will be in a manufacturing warehouse environment and candidates must have prior warehouse experience. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Maintain updated product knowledge and services in order to provide excellent education to our customers
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products and services via phone, email and fax
  • Receive, document and coordinate the following business transactions timely and accurately
    • Purchase Orders and related requests
    • Returns and related requests
    • Quotes and related requests
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish positive rapport with every client
  • Obtain necessary information from potential customers to provide to Sales Representatives for adequate follow up
  • Collect and record customer feedback and information and share with appropriate team members and departments
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer issues in a timely and positive manner
