We are actively recruiting for a high energy receptionist with excellent communication, organizational and customer services skills. This is an entry level position but working knowledge of MS Office, basic administrative skills and the ability to handle multi line phones are a must. This is a professional, fast paced work environment with lots of customer contact so a person in this position must be able to multi task while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service. General clerical support as needed or directed by supervisor, filing, scanning documents, creating customer folders, updating basic info in existing and new customer accounts, sending out confirmation emails, updating Outlook Calendar, basic data entry in Excel and industry specific software.
This position is part of a very customer focused team and being able to work in a fast paced environment while remaining customer focused and greeting each customer and potential customer with a smile and/or joy is a priority.
