Reputable company in Honolulu seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant


Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages

• Greet visitors and provide customer service

• Assist with administrative projects as assigned



• 3+ years of administrative/reception work experience

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook


Pay: $17-$19/hr DOE

Hours: Mon-Fri 6:45-3:30PM
