This person will be working on a service desk team with a variety of personnel that range from Tier II to Tier IV.
• Expert Windows 10 desktop support experience
• Solid Microsoft Active Directory system administration experience
• Solid Microsoft Windows Server file/directory permission administration experience
• Proven Basic Network Connectivity troubleshooting
• Proven Basic Network Printer troubleshooting
• Proven Backup reporting evaluation to determine next steps for nightly backup jobs
• Experience with Anti-virus software centralized deployment and administration
• Experience with PC imaging software (clonezillow, ghost, WDS/MDT, etc.)
• Exceptional client service experience via phone and in person.
