Description

Local company seeking a Hotel Bookkeeper.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements and record transactions
  • Check records and other client documents
  • Prepare and document journal entries
  • Reconcile financial statement accounts
  • Prepare updated financial statements on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Receive and distribute invoices (manually and electronically)
  • Input data and information into the accounting system

Qualifications:

  • Hospitality background preferred, but not required
  • 4 year accounting degree
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Ten key by touch
  • Familiar with MS office programs

Pay: Up to $60,000 annually
