Job Duties:

  • Handle all incoming phone calls and other communications
  • Greet visitors
  • Manage files
  • Complete accurate data entry
  • Update and maintain paperwork, documents, and reports
  • Maintain office inventory
  • Other clerical duties as assigned


  • Possess strong communication and data entry skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: $13-15 per hour
