Local nonprofit in Honolulu looking for an Office Assistant.
- Handle all incoming phone calls and other communications
- Greet visitors
- Manage files
- Complete accurate data entry
- Update and maintain paperwork, documents, and reports
- Maintain office inventory
- Other clerical duties as assigned
- Possess strong communication and data entry skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Pay: $13-15 per hour
