Administrative Coordinator

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently hiring for an Administrative Coordinator for our valued client in Oshkosh, WI. If you are organized and have strong experience with spreadsheets, apply today for this position at a company that prides itself on internal growth!

Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday (with 1 hour lunch break)

Pay: $14 to $15/hr (based on experience; future growth potential)

Job Duties: 

  • Gathering and managing information for sales purposes.
  • Tracking incoming requests for proposals (using Excel) and outgoing proposals for customers.
  • Providing information on proposal requests to customers internally.
  • Following up with internal and external contacts on requests.
  • Most communication is via email, but there may be times where you would need to talk to clients and potential clients via phone (fielding phone calls and contacting customers to coordinate project information and dates). Attending weekly sales meetings internally (no travel required). Filing, assisting in reviewing plans and keeping track of documents/data for proposals. 

Job Requirements

-Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

-Previous experience requiring organization and being detail-oriented (preferably in an office environment).

-Comfortable using internet-based programs to navigate thru customer websites.

-Willingness to learn and advance within the company.

-Ability to hold self accountable and work in a quiet environment.

-Familiarity with blueprints is a plus, but not required.
