Client located near downtown Omaha, NE is looking for an Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join their new team!

 

This company is a General Contractor that is opening up a new office in Omaha!They have a great reputation nationwide and have been in business for over 100 years!

 

Candidates must be organized, have experience with Outlook/Excel and have a great work ethic. Will be assisting Project Manager in office with daily tasks (answering phones, scheduling travel/meetings, invoicing, etc)

 

Position is Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30

$16.50/hr!
