Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently hiring for 1st shift Contact Center / Call Center for our valued client in Madison. Apply today to be considered for this great opportunity!

Shift: 1st; 8:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday 

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00/hr

Job Duties:

  • Resolve inquiries efficiently & accurately, via phone call or web messaging 
  • Conduct every member interaction with a positive & empathetic attitude 
  • Stay current on products & services in order to resolve all member inquiries
  • Collaborate and celebrate successes with the coworkers on your team 
  • Adapt to, and utilize, complex digital tools and technologies in order to serve remote members
  • Strengthen your professional skills along the way 

Job Requirements

  • Associates degree in a business, technology or related field is preferred
  • 7 months to 1 year of experience in a financial institution or contact center environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with major web browsers and operating systems
  • Ability to adapt to & discuss complex digital tools & technologies
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
