Shift: 1st Shift
- Coordinating responses to homeowner warranty calls and emails – scheduling service with the homeowner and trade partner
- Following up with homeowners to ensure warranty work is completed to their satisfaction.
- Working directly and daily with the Personal Builders throughout the build and warranty process
- Assisting in determining and documenting root cause
- Tracking and reporting service levels, satisfaction, response rates and costs
- Performing related administrative duties
