Reputable company seeking an Office Manager to join their team.

Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the President
  • Prepare documents, emails, minutes, and meeting agendas
  • Coordinate schedules for meetings and conference calls
  • Track and maintain all upcoming due dates for grant submittals and work
  • Prioritize deadlines
  • Supervise administrative staff
  • Maintain accurate filing system
  • Updates and maintains office records
  • Ensures office supplies are maintained

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work in a team setting

Pay: Up to $60,000 annually
