Non-Profit Organization in Honolulu seeking a full-time HR/Accounting Assistant  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Balance monthly payments with payroll records and general ledger
  • Reconcile outstanding balances
  • Assist in Benefits Plan administration
  • Answer phone calls and a high volume of emails
  • Additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Pay: $15-$17 per hour DOE
