The recruiters at the South Remedy Office are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for a company on the South side of town. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver excellent customer service to all of the company's customers. This is a contract position starting at $13/hour. The shift is Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.

•Remain fully knowledgeable of the company's system products, policies, procedures and processes

•Promptly answer all inbound customer calls

•Promptly respond to all email inquiries within 4 business hours

•Completion of data entry in an accurate and timely manner

•On required days, monitor and maintain daily EDI activity and coordinate the resolution of all data integrity and issues, both systems and business.

•Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by resolving questions or concerns in a timely fashion

•Provide recommendations for continued improvements within the department

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in written composition, business math or other related business classes preferred
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience is required, preferably in a call center environment
  • Prior experience utilizing Microsoft Office software to prepare correspondence, develop reports and enter customer data
  • Be familiar with the computer program SAGE
