Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently looking for a dynamic, action-oriented individual to join our Team in the Omaha, NE office as a Recruiter. We have experienced extensive growth in our market place and need additional Recruiters to share in the growth opportunity that our staffing practice continues to achieve.

Are you a competitive and outgoing individual looking to start a new career in a fun, fast paced environment? The Recruiter is an entry level position intended on training for continued career growth into a Staffing Manager role.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Base pay is D.O.E. plus bonus and incentives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·   Source, recruit, interview and hire candidates, through phone screening and resume mining.

·   Conduct Reference Calls

·   Answer and distribute incoming phone calls

·   Manage Branch Applicant Calendar  

·   Building relationships with candidates and associates to ensure the best possible long-term service success

·   Manage flow of candidates

·   Work directly with Manager to establish individual activity and goals

·   Manage all appropriate HR documentation  

Job Requirements

·   Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

·   Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment

·   Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels with candidates, internal colleagues and management
