•Handle both inbound & outbound calls assisting with inquiries and problems
•Will monitor systems to detect possible fraud and contact card holders to investigate
•Research problem areas and documents processes used to correct issues
•Customer service is the primary function, but may include promotion of products or services
Pay is $15/hr. Several shifts open, must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
