Fortune 400 company in Midtown Omaha, NE seeking energetic candidates to join their Customer Service team!

Daily functions include:

  • Performing customer service functions and service requests
  • Providing customer service and help to valued customers with existing health insurance policies
  • Handling routine inquiries, and elevating more complex issues as appropriate
  • Navigating computer systems with routine inquiries, and assisting with more complex and sensitive cases as directed
  • Receiving, researching, and analyzing routine incoming inquiries utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues

 

This position is a phone-based position - with all calls inbound to this department.  Candidates need to be able to provide exceptional customer service while manipulating several different computer systems.

 

First week of training: 8:00-4:30

Regular schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 - 5:30 and Friday 8:30-5:00

$15.00/hr
