Description

Join a well-established company located in Omaha, NE as an office manager. Will perform tasks related to general clerical functions as related to Accounts Payable, Payroll, Billing and Procurement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform all required duties and tasks in accordance with accounting policies and financial control procedures
  • Administer and Prepare all data necessary to process the hourly payroll on a weekly basis
  • Coordinate and submit all payroll information to the corporate payroll department in a timely manner
  • Track and administer monthly safety meeting requirements
  • Coordinate, reconcile and submit customer billing and credit memo data to corporate accounting on a daily and monthly basis
  • Assist customers with billing concerns
  • Reconcile several on-going accounting records in A/P and procurement - Serve as administrator of the Procurement system (Megamations)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • High school diploma and 5-8+ years of experience in related field
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software programs and QuickBooks
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, small-team environment
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly

Pay will depend on experience, work Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
