The Staffing Assistant position works closely with the hiring managers to assist in the hiring selection process to find the most qualified candidates for job openings.
Database management experience is required.
Experience with applicant tracking system required.one year of administrative, clerical or record-keeping support experience is required.
This position requires experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
The individual must be able to function independently in a busy environment, manage multiple tasks and must be able to work within deadlines.
Must be a team player and must be able to work in a team environment; be self-motivated, dependable and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
Basic knowledge of employment law preferred.
