Inventory Purchasing Coordinator position available Downtown Buffalo!

Temp to Hire

Duties include:

  • Assess inventory
  • Review upcoming production orders
  • Collaborate with department team members
  • Purchase the desired inventory
  • Conduct inventory adjustments within computer system from incoming inventory deliveries and production consumption
  • Ensure accurate prices for products
  • Issue purchase orders and reconcile them again invoices
  • Meet with vendors and negotiate prices and terms
  • Arrange trucks for outgoing shipments and for reconciling bills of lading with freight charges

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements include:

  • AAS Degree preferred
  • 4-5 years of previous manufacturing inventory management/purchasing
  • Profanely with Microsoft office,  math, and an ERP
  • Looking for someone with tenacity, focus, attention to detail, and high energy
