Job Opening: Material Handler
Description
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Shipping & Receiving team in Winona, MN. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials flow efficiently throughout the facility.

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $18-$22/hr, based on experience
Job Duties of a Material Handler:
- Receive incoming freight, inspect for damage, and resolve freight claims
- Verify and process incoming materials from suppliers
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our electronic (MRP) system
- Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages
- Build pallets/skids and properly secure shipments
- Kit parts and stage materials for production or shipment
- Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored
