Job Opening: Member Services Specialist

We are seeking to hire a Member Services Specialist for our valued client in Middleton, WI!

Let's talk about the available shift:

• 1st Shift works Monday-Thursday 7:00am – 5:00pm, Fridays 7:00am – 3:30 pm.
• This position starts out as temporary for 3-4 months, but there is a possibility of becoming permanent based on attendance and performance!

The Pay for the Member Services Specialist:

• $18/hr
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Member Services Specialist:

• Process loans, withdrawals and surrenders of existing policies
• Process premium payments to include credit card and online payments
• Field phone calls to answer questions from the member or agent, determine next steps, and prepare necessary paperwork
• Run illustrations for existing policies
• Review and verify 1099 tax forms and balance withholding
