Our client specializes in cleaning and refurbishing metal drums for reuse. We are currently hiring dependable Production Associates to support various areas of the plant, including inspection, yard operations, and production line assembly. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment.

Resumen del Puesto:
Nuestro cliente se especializa en la limpieza y reacondicionamiento de tambores metálicos para su reutilización. Actualmente estamos contratando Asociados de Producción confiables para apoyar diferentes áreas de la planta, incluyendo inspección visual, trabajo en el patio y ensamblaje en la línea de producción. Este puesto es ideal para personas detallistas, enfocadas en la seguridad y cómodas trabajando en un ambiente industrial práctico.

Shift: 1st shift $16.40/hour

Available Work Areas & Responsibilities:

1. Visual Inspection (Production Floor):

• Visually inspect metal drums for dents, defects, or blemishes

• Ensure drums meet quality standards before being sent to the paint station

• Remove non-conforming drums from the process

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

2. Yard Associate (Outdoor Work):

• Work outdoors unloading metal drums from trailers

• Place drums onto conveyor belts for processing

• Perform visual inspections and identify drums that cannot be salvaged

• Safely remove damaged or unusable drums from production flow

3. Production Line – Lid Assembly:

• Visually inspect drum lids for defects

• Apply glue to lids according to process standards

• Place lids onto drums accurately and efficiently

• Support continuous flow of the production line

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/industrial setting

• Some roles require working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• PPE required and provided as needed

Requirements:

• Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required. Application assistance is available in Spanish.
