Position: Full-time, HR Coordinator
Location: Honolulu

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (depends on experience)

The HR Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team. This role assists with employee records management, benefits coordination, onboarding and offboarding activities, and general HR inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable supporting HR processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
Job Duties:
- Maintain and update employee records and perform accurate data entry in HR systems
- Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment coordination and documentation
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, such as scheduling, paperwork, and system updates
- Prepare, organize, and distribute HR documents, reports, and correspondence
- Respond to routine employee and manager questions related to HR policies and procedures
- Support compliance efforts by following established HR practices and documentation standards
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Assist the HR team with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:
- One to two (1–2) years of experience in human resources or administrative support preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms preferred
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
