Job Opening: Packaging/Production Associates

Remedy staffing is hiring for many roles with a leading manufacturer of Solar Panels in the Cecil Field area!

• 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then rotates)
• Must be available to work every other weekend
• $16.00-$18.25

Job Description: Remedy Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in the Cecil Field area of Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where you’ll assist in the production of solar panels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate or monitor production equipment
• Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Stand, walk, and lift throughout the 12-hour shift

Requirements:

• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods (12-hour shifts)
• Must wear steel-toed shoes
• Willingness to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule including weekends and nights
• High school diploma
