The Learning & Program Development team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join as an HR Administrator. The ideal candidate will bring prior administrative experience and a willingness to support a variety of department functions. In this role, you’ll assist with day-to-day operations, help prepare materials for training programs and employee events and contribute to the smooth execution of orientations and development initiatives.
Job Duties:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Learning & Program Development department.
- Prepare documents and collateral relating to programs (new hire orientation, training program, etc.) and events.
- Assists with the room setup for training programs and event (moves tables, sets up computer workstations, etc.).

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of administrative experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
- Experience in training or facilitation is a plus
