Job Opening: Assembler

Remedy Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join our client’s growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and being part of a supportive, team-focused workplace.

Job Duties

• Work efficiently in a moderate to high-paced production environment

• Review and confirm job orders for accuracy

• Match the correct number of parts to each job order

• Assemble metal netting and other components into cabinets

• Ensure proper bolts, nuts, and hardware are used for each assembly

• Operate pallet jack and wrapper to prepare completed products for shipment

• Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the process (highest priority)

Requirements

• Ability to stand 8–10 hours per shift

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work well within a team environment

• Willingness and desire to be cross-trained in multiple tasks
