Shift: 8am-5pm
Pay: $20-$22/hr DOE

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and mail correspondence.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as required by the team.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including booking rooms, arranging logistics, and documenting minutes.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents and records are organized and easily accessible.
- Support the team with research and data collection for various projects and presentations.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and manage office supplies, ensuring availability and budget compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
