Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily warehouse operations and logistics activities
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock audits and replenishment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to optimize performance
• Develop and implement efficient warehousing strategies and procedures
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers for timely deliveries

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
• Excellent leadership and staff management skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate reports
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
