Job Opening: Rework Forklift Operator

Immediate openings in West Branch for packaging associates.  Successful candidates will make $16.50/hour or more in a team-oriented environment while working to re-package damaged or defective products for store display. 

This is a short-term project 2-4 weeks in the quality control or quality correction department, but with the chance for further work in other departments for associates who show promise.

Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm M-F

Overtime mandatory: 4:00am to 3:30pm

Job Duties

• Operate a standup/sit down forklift or pallet jack to maintain safety, quality and efficiencies during your assigned shift.
• Select warehouse products to fill customers’ orders accurately and efficiently. 
• Maintain min cases per hour within company standards.

 Job Requirements:

• Must have the ability to function independently in a multitask environment as well as part of a team
• Must have basic math skills and comprehension
• Must be able to read /understand instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrams and schedules.
• Must have good attendance can be dependable
• Previous experience in quality and forklift preferred

 Qualified applicants will be able to: (Requirements)

• Lift or transfer a maximum of 30 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of various products.
• Perform repetitive motion activities
• Stand for minimum 8-hour shift
• Read, understand, and communicate all safety and operational procedures.
