We are seeking to hire a Field Manager for our valued client in McFarland, WI!

• The Field Manager works Monday – Friday from 7am-4pm
• Must be available for overnight travel and overtime as necessary to support project execution and field operations

The Pay for the Field Manager:

• $23/hr+ based on experience

Job Duties of the Field Manager:

• The Field Manager is a field-based leader responsible for overseeing installation quality, training field staff, and ensuring jobsite safety.
• They act as a key communicator between internal teams and customers, aligning expectations and resolving issues.
• This role also collaborates closely with project management to maintain consistency with client standards while proactively managing on-site risks.

• We're primarily seeking individuals with relevant industry experience—preferably in commercial services—or candidates with a strong background in training, quality assurance, and customer-facing roles.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable working in the field, leading crews, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a hands-on environment.
• Demonstrated ability to write, speak, and present information effectively
• Highly organized with ability to perform multiple tasks and priorities
• Knowledge of lean methods 
• Demonstrate leadership
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Strong computer skills – Word Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
