Local company is looking for a Quality Technician to provide service by maintaining and repairing coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders. 

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that coffee equipment is functioning optimally, thus allowing to serve high-quality coffee to customers.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing faults in coffee-making equipment.
• Performing routine maintenance on coffee equipment to prevent problems from occurring.
• Providing guidance and training to cafe staff on how to properly use and maintain coffee equipment.
• Testing equipment after repair to ensure it is working correctly.
• Using a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment to find and fix issues.
• Ordering parts and supplies needed for repair and maintenance tasks.
• Providing excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries and complaints about equipment.
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair work for future reference.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in coffee equipment technology.
• Keep updated records of performed tasks and customers.
• Manage and address any customer complaints or issues.
• Comply with safety and health regulations.
