Job Requirements

• Previous experience in administrative assistant role
• Basic computer skills
• Microsoft Office suite experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Answer inbound/multi-line phones
• Potentially Schedule appointments, document maintenance, interact with clients/visitors
• Work independently
• Basic filing
